Seras Victoria is a vampire working for H.E.L.L.S.I.N.G; and the second crossover character from the Hellsing series to appear in DLTD. Her vampire status is somewhat special, as she is currently the only known draculian vampire in the world, making her much more powerful than the more average vampire. As such, she is one of the highest-ranking supernatural agents currently under the command of H.E.L.L.S.I.N.G; and is in fact on par with both Phantomhives in regards of rank, despite her place as Sir Integra Hellsing's personal assistant and bodygaurd.
Seras is extremely loyal and good at her job. As a former police officer, she is more than capable of dispatching a foe with minimal amounts of violence and personal injury to her captive. It is to be noted, however, that she is known to be "frightening" during a serious battle. Her ability to shoulder ungodly tragedy is extremely remarkable, as she is able to process it and move on without letting it consuming her, but she never forgets. Even after all she has seen, she is able to smile and is friendly to everyone she comes across unless given reason not to be. Seras is good-natured and has a sense of humour, often joking around with her master. Out of everyone at H.E.L.L.S.I.N.G; Seras is the only one who Integra is completely familiar with on a personal basis.
